Treatments are scheduled by appointment Monday through Thursday.
You may book online up to 24 hours before your desired time. For bookings within the 24 hour window, please email or call the office. If you do not see a time that works for you, please contact the office to check additional availability.
New Patients
Upon scheduling your first appointment will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to fill out our intake and policy forms. Please click the link that says “Manage My Appointment” and take some time ahead of your appointment to complete these forms. This will allow us to get started right away

Parking is ample, with two disabled parking spaces. Park anywhere in front of my office or anywhere in the complex parking lot.
